Hey All,
I just committed the first version of the BPM scheme system. It has some
known bugs that I'm working on, but it's basically usable.

A BPM scheme simply wraps up a few of the detection parameters(such as
min & max bpm) and gives it a meaningful label. This way you can define
schemes for the types of music you want to run the detection on and
quickly switch between them without having to manually set the detection
parameters every time or use the very generic defaults.

All the scheme management is on the BPM preferences dialog and the
primary usage of the schemes is on the BPM tap dialog, which can be
accessed by right-clicking on any track in the library and selecting
"properties."

So let me know how you like this and any bugs you discover or any
recommendations you have!

Micah
