Hi guys,

I've started a specification page for the "New Cue Behaviour" on the
wiki:
http://mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/configurable_cue_behaviour

This is a bit of an experiment with doing some sort of formal software
planning for Mixxx. The idea (that most coders are probably familiar
with) is that we write up a specification outlining exactly what needs
to be coded and what the resulting feature will be.

A little bit of planning goes a long way, and once we have the
specification finalized, all that should be left to do is code
(barring any changes that come up). If we construct a proper WBS in
the spec, we should hopefully have an idea of how much work and how
long it will take to code.

In any case, I invite everyone to edit and contribute to the spec. If
you're interested in helping code once we have the spec in good shape,
add your name to the "Team" at the bottom. I think we might be able to
better organize our efforts in the future if we construct teams like
this. I'll elaborate more on this another day.

Anyways, edit away!

Thanks,
Albert
