Hi Thomas,

Garth and I made some fixes over the weekend and updated the behaviour
of all the MIDI devices (and the Hercs on Linux) to use the new
cdj_default behaviour, which maps onto whatever you have set in the
prefs.

Let me know if there's still any problems...
