In the lastest SVN checking (built with djconsole=1) scratch mode is turned
on for all non-RMX Hercules DJ Consoles...  Its not configuratble atm...
The RMX has a scratch toggle.

The scratch behaviour is closer to what Virtual DJ does with the hardware,
if people don't like this we can go back to the pitchbend behaviour from
before.

I'm open to suggestion.
