Hi Matt,
1) The Aurora mixer is postured as an Open Source product, what does this
mean? Are the firmware sources under an OSI-approved licensing? Is the
compiler's source code available as open source under an OSI-approved
license? Is there anything non-libre involved to operate this device (A
dependency on Microsoft products, closed-source compiler, etc.)?
2) Is the USB interface a USB-Midi, USB-widget, USB-serial, or something
different?
3) There is speculation about how distracting the pretty flashing lights
would be in a deejay setting... I request video of someone using this to mix
music so we can see + hear
4) "2 channel" does this mean the Aurora processes audio signals?
5) How does the Aurora mixer compare and contrast to an existing commercial
product (M-Audio X-Session in example)?
