It can host LADSPA effects and control them via MIDI (as far as I can tell), so you would use JACK to route Mixxx's output through that and set up some MIDI mapping in AMS to control the plugins. I'm sure there's other options here besides AMS though. Jackrack sounds like what you're looking for but I don't think it supports MIDI. Good luck!
