Still not done, but I found the problem with creating too many led handlers,
code was double looping. That is now fixed...

Rejecting your patch, as it messes up the colours...  the idea with the
colours is to highlight the destructive potential of each press...  saving
and adding are safe (green), while removing and loading delete some or all
of the entries (red), and the learning modes alter entries (yellow)...

Next up resaving LEDs...
