Hi all,

I just hacked up a simple, functional MIDI learning dialog last night.
The whole thing start to finish took me 3 hours, including refactoring
the way MIDI learning works under the hood. Play with it, and please
send patches to finish it off.

With this in place, I think we're nearing the minimum set of MIDI
capabilities I'd be comfortable making our next release. We don't need
ultra fancing MIDI learning, nor do we need MIDI mapping micromanagement
via a table. There's still odds and ends of functionality I'd like to
add to the MIDI bindings dialog, but nothing as big as what I've already
coded.

That said, there's tons of little things here and there to finish, many
of which are listed on our beloved 1.6.2 TODO list:
http://www.mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/1.6.2_to_do_list

I'll keep hacking away at these alongside everyone else. We've got quite
a fun team on IRC these days, so pop into #mixxx on Freenode if you'd
like to like a hand!

Thanks,
Albert
