Huh? Wait, you mean configobject.cpp (controlobject.cpp hasn't been changed
since Jul 6th of last year) ... this change:

Well, the obvious reason for changing that is that the 200 char limit was
hardcoded and not using MAX_PATH which was already defined elsewhere.
The less obvious reason is that it wouldn't compile in GCC on Win32, but I
can't remember the specific compile error on it because that was committed
almost a month ago.
Feel free to #ifdef around it (or maybe it should be GetModuleFileNameW?).
