Hello all.

After fighting with Windows for the last couple days, I'm pleased to
bring you a Windows build of Mixxx that has been optimized for the AMD
Opteron: http://mixxx.org/packages/windows/Mixxx-Opteron-BZRr2313.exe

Unfortunately I couldn't get MSVC to cooperate so this was built with MinGW.

Optimizations included:
- Qt 4.5.0 was built from scratch with Opteron-specific compiler flags
and using asmlib
- Mixxx was built the same way, also using asmlib

Still to do:
- build portaudio, sndlib, and other dependencies in 64-bit mode

The main difference I notice is that the waveform generation appears to
happen about twice as fast.

Known issues:
- If you get a cryptic "not found" error on startup, install the 32-bit
MSVC 2005 runtime libraries (this is due to using portaudio & sndlib
built on 32-bit MSVC) See
http://mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/compiling_on_windows#current_issues_fixes_todo
for links.
- ASSERT error if you try to load a MIDI mapping (not specific to this
build)

Check it out and let me know what you think.

Sincerely,
Sean M. Pappalardo
