It's a bug. It's the same thing that hit the dm2 when Mixxx moved to
using midi scripting. Because of midi scripting superseding the
<options> hacks, those hacks stopped working. So now if you have a
funky jog wheel you need to route it through some scripting to do the
translation of funkiness<->mixxx-readable-awesomesauce. I was thinking
about doing that next week but if you want to get the jump on me
please go ahead (check out the mixxx/res/midi/Mixman* files for a
place to start).

By the way, you don't need to restart mixxx. clicking on the waveform
is enough to slow it down.

Did you also notice that you can't use the cue output? I found that
whenever I tried to set Headphones=>"BCD3000 channels 3-4" Mixxx just
comes down hard.
