A couple of other usability points:

*Support for multiple stored cue points pr. song*

High end CD players (Pioner CDJ-1000mk3 ) and some software already have
this.

*Beatcount stored per. cue point.

*Some songs vary in speed. It would be nice to couple the beat counter
to cue points, letting it count the speed near the cuepoint(s)
This to ease fades. One example: A song is gently speeding. Wanted sync
speed will differ between fade in and fade out for this song. Being
able to store two different speeds one at a fade in point another at a
fade out point would be nice.

*Pitch control*

Independent pitch and speed control would be nice, combined with some
kind of key/pitch detection system automated support for pitch based
mixing could be implemented. (Key detection over a time period shouldn't
be nearly as difficult as trying to generate midi from general sound
which is a HARD problem, as far as I know unsolved.)
