Hi! I can confirm too that there are outtakes when loading a song into a player. But I cannot confirm that there is a outtake when waveform summary completed. There are also outtakes when clicking on waveform summary to jump around a track. I disabled CPU scaling (=throttling?) before. My system is quit old and slow.
I don't have this issue while playing wav files. Outtake increases by increasing latency.
