This sort of thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth but I can't really explain why. However on a purely practical level, won't it mean you are including something with mixxx which users do NOT have the right to distribute under the GPL? (I don't mean for the current netlabel tracks, but for any commercial track that a label is paying you to include.) That means, at the very least, those packaging mixxx for distributions like Debian will have to remove them, but also that anyone downloading mixxx directly from mixxx.org does not have the kind of rights to modify and redistribute that they might expect.
