Feel free to bounce ideas around on this mailing list. That's what it's for
:). If you'd like, you can create a wiki page describing the feature(s) you
would like to implement. To see an example of a pre-existing feature page,
check out the design document for our SQLite library:

Feel free to write something similar to that.
