hi ive been going through the windows compiling wiki and when it comes to
the setenv command im getting this error
'setenv' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
i skipped that step and went on to running scons with no arguments and it
complains about portaudio do i need to have that installed also?
any tips would be greatly apreciated
