At the moment it's not *really* detecting BPM (or maybe it is... hmmmm), so
it already does "Dynamic" BPM.
There still is no way to manipulate the beat grid manually but I agree that
such a feature would be good. I'm unclear on how to implement the GUI part
but it should be easy enough to implement.
An extremely handy feature would be to extend this with a midi out

I've also been pondering the same. For the moment they are outside my scope.
This would prove extremely useful for JACK and external devices.
I'd be more than happy to recieve patches or to QA and merge in branches for
both of these features.
