Hello!

Got irritated by the next/prev playlist/track setup; implemented a possible
way of getting smoother all-midi control of library usage in the current
sidebar/library setup. Adds two new keys to [Playlist] group, and modifies
selectTrackKnob behavior. selectTrackKnob can now scroll either the sidebar
or the library.

[Playlist] selectNextLayer moves selectTrackKnob action to the library if
midi controlled, outputs enter into sidebar if not (e.g. expand crates) and
outputs enter into library if in library (e.g., load track into first
available, open folder in browse mode.)

[Playlist] selectPrevLayer moves the selectTrackKnob to scroll through the
sidebar.

if neither are connected to anything, the behavior is unchanged from
previous. This basically means that all normal library actions can be done
with selectTrackKnob and two buttons, which I found more intuitive. (the
focus of the library widgets is not modified at any point in this scheme.)

Thoughts?
