I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the students who applied to
work on Mixxx. We had a very competitive round of proposals this year, but
unfortunately the number of students we can accept is limited. If you are
still interested in contributing to Mixxx (or any audio/video open-source
project, for that matter), I encourage you to do so. Working on an open
source project can be a great learning experience, a rewarding way to give
back to the open-source community, and a solid resume builder. We're always
willing to help new contributors get involved with Mixxx, so please don't be
a stranger.
