I am however still not getting the play position etc. for WAVs. I removed the taglib 1.7 that I installed and reinstalled 1.6.3 from the Ubuntu repo then recompiled mixxx from the 1.9 branch (r2829). I also re-installed taglib 1.7 (compiled with MP4 support this time) and then recompiled the mixxx 1.9 branch. Still no joy. I note that I do have both the mixxx version from the ubuntu repo *and* the 1.9 branch compiled one installed simultaneously (the former in /usr the latter in /usr/local). Not sure if that will affect things? Any ideas?
