If "bzr branch lp:mixxx" doesn't work, then you could try "bzr branch lp:mixxx/1.10". I just tried both, and both could successfully download all the content without me logging in. If it still doesn't work, try upgrading Bazaar and try again. Otherwise I don't know how to help you.
