Color scheme issue in skins, leftover from
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/1021031:
Color schemes do not work for <Splitter>,<Library>,<LibrarySidebar>,<SearchBox>
(as now used in Outline800x480-WVGA). The other Outline skins still use
<TableView> though. If we`d leave it, there would be no Previewdecks for color
scheme skins. Not really optimal, since you also can select CMD+4 from the view
menu and nothing happens.
Out-commented previewdeck code is already in Outline800x480-WVGA, which uses
<Splitter> & Co. to construct the library. Nonetheless we could revert to
legacy <Tableview> if we agree.
