Just noticed you are still waiting for a response, so I will answer
although I am not a controller expert.

If you want to push your mapping to the next Mixxx version 1.11.0 (Which is
just around the corner) you can issue a merge request.

But I am a afraid it is already late ...
I am not that familiar with the mapping qm within Mixxx, but with other
code pieces a review is mandatory. So we need at least one tester with
access to your equipment.
By the way: we are always happy about contributions of any kind (testing,
code patches, equipment sponsoring or promoting).
So please feel welcome to file bugs on https://launchpad.net/mixxx or solve
the one that is most annoying to you.
For sponsoring issues rr...@mixxx.org is the right man.
