Hi Prashanth,
The developer_guide was last edited 2012/07/11 and I don't know anyone who
his currently working on that part.
Do you plan to complete and update the guide? I am afraid that is one of
the difficult part of contributions.
If you just need informations how to start and other help, this list is
fine to ask.
