Welcome to Mixxx.
Just introducing the jump list is not enough for a GSoC project.
The examples listed on the Idea page are only rough topics to guide you
in the right directions. If you have an first overview of Mixxx you
should make the proposal to your own and focus on the points of OS
specific code that relay matters to you. Now it is up to you, to learn
the Mixxx code base and prove your skills by fixing an "easy" bug on
Launchpad.
You should find all required infos on our Wiki page. If not, we are
happy to answer specific questions.
