I have not exactly understood what you want to achieve and what is already
possible and what not.
Making custom Keyboard Mappings is described in the Mixxx manual:

All controls that Mixxx exposes for remote control are listed here:
http://mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/mixxxcontrols
Most of them are also suitable for Keyboard mapping.
You can start Sampler 1 with the Control:
[Sampler*1*], "play"
The mapping file has a section for each group from there group column with
there group name in "[" "]" as headline
Below are the keys, followed by a blank and the mapped Key.
You can also map keys with modifiers like
Shift+l

will take care of it and we can include it in Mixxx 1.12.
