It's all a bit misleading because in other contexts, delay is the same
thing that here we named echo. So I'm sticking to the definitions made by
Sean.
IMHO, Delay it's not needed, but Echo absolutely is. However, I don't see
how rolling beatloops is equivalent to Echo or Delay.
