Do we have a CO list CSV generating facility?
If you uncomment
https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/blob/master/src/control/control.cpp#L55
you get a list of all controls to mixxx.log
By the way: It prints also the address of the control, useful to set a gdb
watchpoint for breaking at CO changes.
