To configure a new environment, just:
$ ./scripts/macosx/build_environment.sh --name intel-osx10.5
--enable-x86-64 --enable-i386 --macosx-sdk 10.9 --macosx-target 10.5
PPC support isn't there yet because the compiler toolchain in modern
versions of XCode does not include a PPC cross-compiler. We can't use the
XCode 3 PPC cross-compiler because it's based on GCC 4.2 so we can't use
C++11 so we need to build our own. If anyone is interested in building a
PPC-compatible cross-compiler that works with XCode 5 and modern OS X SDKs,
please get in touch!
