Daniel,

I'm not sure how many users it would explicitly attract. I just 
thought it was cool personally and it seemed kind of an obvious 
tool to include, like a configurable toolbar in a browser, which I 
almost can't imagine doing without in that setting.

I think I'm in the opposite space from you work-wise, the skin work 
would be easier for me, as long as it stayed relatively basic, 
really I'd just be hacking on current skin files. Also, I just hit 
up RJ to see if work needed to be done on the forums, though he 
hasn't replied yet. I'm not sure which work would be more useful 
and I shouldn't offer to work on both because I know I don't have 
the budget for that.
