What is the issue with the preview deck? Do we have a bug report?

I can jump with it and the current master.
IMHO it seams to be a valid use case to load a track in a playing deck, if
you have a controller without a preview deck mapping.
And since it is a preference option, every user can select convenience over
security.
But maybe we can ditch this option if we make it better.
What about only allowing to load a track in a playing deck which is not
playing though master?
