I should add that they are listing "terms and conditions" for use of our
software is in effect a relicensing of the work; this something that is
definitely not allowed under the GPL unless entity doing it were also
copyright holder of the work which they are not. Since they have violated
the GPL, they have no right to redistribute the work -> copyright violation.
