I already found the hint and it does not help.

ERROR:root:Unmet dependency: Did not find GLU development files
ERROR:root:Build had unmet dependencies. Exiting.

Also, when I look at my installed packages I can only find qt 4.4 and qt
5.2 packages, but not 4.6.
So the question could be 'how was I able to compile before without qt 4.6
?'.
