Fixed it a couple of hours ago after seeing your email. Thanks for the
report.
There were some issues with the way I had set-up cron jobs to try to
automatically clear disk space.
(specifically, the user running the job to periodically clear the wiki
cache didn't have permissions to do so (files owned by www-data) and the
other job to run logrotate was not executing... both of these jobs have
been moved to the root crontab, so they should run)
