I consolidated the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages into one
Troubleshooting page, got rid of distracting outdated information, and
organized it.

The "Latency reduction tips" section was really long and I feel that it
made the page cluttered when looking for other information, so I moved
it to its own page called Adjusting Audio Latency. Because Mixxx links
to the Troubleshooting page if it cannot get realtime priority, I put a
bold and italic notice at the top redirecting people to the new page.
Should the link in Mixxx be updated to the new page or should the new
page be merged back into the Troubleshooting page?
