The MIDI mapping GUI needs to be documented. Who wrote this? I think Chapter 5, the overview of the interface, needs the most work to reflect the new skins.
I think Chapter 10 could be split up into 2 or 3 chapters with some sections moved to other places in the manual. 17 sections in one chapter is a bit much.
