Sean and I are doing some proofreading now but we aren't going to be able to make it perfect without delaying the release. We think everything else is ready so we're going to move ahead with the manual in a non-ideal state with the assumption most people are going to use the web-based manual that we can update after the release. We plan to tag the release in about 5 hours -- we'll comment out missing images before building the PDF.
If anyone wants to get any changes in, send a PR to the "manual-2.0.x" branch.
