Both the Mac and Windows build environments can now be updated by pull
request.
I've documented a list of issues to be addressed:

Please feel free to pick one up or file your own.
I'll publish some more formal documentation, but the short-story is that
you can send a PR to the 2.1.x-windows or 2.1.x-unix branch of
https://github.com/mixxxdj/buildserver/ and Jenkins will build your PR and
tell you if it succeeded. When your PR merges, Jenkins will publish the
built environments to downloads.mixxx.org, which will then be used by
AppVeyor, Travis, and Jenkins to build Mixxx and Mixxx PRs.
