You could try making a custom keyboard mapping: https://mixxx.org/manual/latest/chapters/advanced_topics.html#making-a-custom-keyboard-mapping
Otherwise you could activate it as an HID controller and make an HID controller mapping, but that requires Mixxx to take full control of the device. That said, I'd recommend using a controller designed for music instead of a keyboard. Keyboards don't have LEDs lighting the buttons to indicate the state of Mixxx like DJ controllers do.
