Congratulations to Anastasis Grammenos, Aris Stathakis, and Stéphane Lepin
on being accepted to work on Mixxx for Google Summer of Code 2017!
Anastasis (mentored by Be and Uwe) will give crates some much needed love
by making them hierarchical and more easily searchable.
Aris (mentored by me) will improve Mixxx's microphone support with the
addition of a dedicated effects rack for microphones, along with some
microphone-specific effects (e.g. an acoustic echo canceller).
Stéphane (mentored by Daniel) will work on some highly requested
improvements to live broadcasting, adding support for multiple broadcasting
profiles and multiple simultaneous connections.
