Definitely 25FPS. Mplayer says that. In fact, I thought the same thing
an because of that I added this -F 3 option explicitly although it was
never necessary before.

Thanks a lot.
I tried it out with smaller files and it seems to do the trick.
Still, my original question stays because using sox to correct the
stream is a hell of a lot of work:
1 First encode the video
2 Encode the audio
3 Mux
4 Record the differences
5 Create a new FIFO for sox and encode again
6 Mux again
7 Be frustrated because you did something wrong, goto 2

So I have to wait until tomorrow to actually see if it worked.

But I hope that the time difference will be the same all the time. Then
it would be easy enough. But I doubt it.
