Afraid I can't help with transcode. The error you are getting with mplex is
triggered if you get a really mega-enormous frame that is too big for mplex
to hold in memory.
However, if you use an up-to-date version the buffer size is set dynamically
and you should have no difficulty (unless the MPEG video stream is broken...)
What version of mjpegtools are you using...?
