No. I'm quite confused on what could cause this.

Do you see this on all channels? NL-1 is quite a weak signal, other
channels (TMF, MTV or so) mostly have quite a strong signal, do you see
the same thing there? If so, which driver version, and did you update
your driver just before you started seeing it?

I don't see it here.
