Hi!

I'm trying to use zoran's unified drivers 0.9.4 with my DC10+ and, when runing "./update dc10plus" it just waits forever. Taking a look, I can see a process "insmod zoran.o ..." running and lsmod shows zoran.o as "(initializing)". The system doesn't freeze (not even slowdown) and it doesn't crash. I can continue using the computer without problems. Just zoran.o never finishes loading and there's no way I can kill it's insmod.

Some data about the situation:

* Kernel 2.4.20 (actually Gentoo's 2.4.20-r5)
* i2c 2.7.0
* A DC10+ card which came in a pretty Pinnacle box and in which I can see chips named SAA7110a, ZR36060, ZR36067 and AVD7176.
* Intel PIIX4 motherboard. (I mean: not VIA };) )

dmesg shows things as cryptic as those:

-------------------------------------------------
Linux video codec intermediate layer: v0.2

BTW-1: I've got lm_sensors running, which use i2c. So I assume i2c works. (somewhat, at least? :-m)

BTW-2: Gentoo uses devfsd, for which I've seen no reference in any text. Since these drivers are beeing ported to 2.5 I assumed they support devfs. Am I right?

Any hint about how could I get it working?
