Steven thanks that you mentioned it. I decreased -b to speed up the 
test and forgot to change to "-4 2". I copied the command line from 
an old script.

Also I know now, why my harddisk got full. I created 4 different 
kernels with patches and that is about 800MB, so a full harddisk 
could not be the reason, why the rpms crashed.
