Hi, I'm trying to record a Video in NTSC from a VCR that is capable of playing NTSC Videos. However, the Output is in PAL I suppose.
When I try to record it with lavrec (and PAL settings, VCD format) I have the upper part of the Video in the lower quarter of the screen again. Lets say there's a scene with people I have the entire scene in the upper 3/4 of the recording and in the lower 1/4 I can see the heads again. I also tried to record 352x240, but PAL with quite the same result. Recording device is a Hauppauge WinTV PCI Any ideas?
