Hi,
a few days ago, I just downloaded the cvs-relaese of driver-zoran.
I was surprised beacause a lot improvement was done ;-))! congratulations to the
developers.

With my dc19old on my P200MMX, I used lavrec successfully.

But If I try to play the frame with lavplay, here comes the problem.

Software playback is ok :
# lavrec -p S -a 0 knot.avi
It is slow, but it works.

Hardware playback does not work .
# lavplay -n 128 -p C -a 0 knot.avi
lavplay1.6.1
lavtools version 1.6.1

next I wait for about 30 seconds, and then I can see the top left of the screen
altered by something like an image (see attached) . Next nothing more, and finaly,
after some time,

**ERROR: [lavplay] Error syncing on a buffer: Timer expired

Sometimes it don't have to wait anything, and I get this answer :

#lavplay -n 128 -p H -a 0 knot.avi
**ERROR: [lavplay] Could not set on-screen window parameters (check framebuffer-params
with v4l-conf): Invalid argument

If any has an idea, how to manage the buffer, frame-buffer... Any comment are welcome !

   Ciao

        Alexandre
