That makes no sense. Are you using the latest update-packages available for RedHat-7.2? I've successfully compiled this thing under 7.3 with the latest gcc update from redhat.com on it, and 7.2 should have the same updates available. Note that you'll need libtool-1.5. 1.4 isn't enough.
