Bad news, that's an FPGA. A small one, so it does not contain the main logic 
(if it had been the PCI interface, things would have suddenly became much 
more difficult, not to say impossible), but still... No idea what it might be 
used for though.

The 7110A is supported, the 7187 is not. The 7185 has a driver though, so it 
might be easy to write one (or adapt the existing one) for the 7187.

That will probably be the PCI interface. We need to know what chip it is. Can 
you remove the coolblock without damaging the card ?
