i have a stream recorded atwo years ago:

I want to create a DVD-compliant mpeg-file, (i use dvdauthor), and 
i tried with  
lav2yuv priol_amr.eli | yuvdenoise -F -l 2| mpeg2enc -f 9 -q 7 -4 1

but the output is
